The San Diego Padres Downed the Florida Marlins on Tuesday night in a come from behind affair that was capped off with one of the majestic homers seen at Petco Park this season by recent call-up Franmil Reyes.

Tyson Ross started for San Diego going 5 plus innings before getting into a jam in the 6th.  The Marlins were able to score 3 runs in that frame to take the lead.  The Padres came back with 2 of their own in the bottom of the 6th in the bottom of the inning.  Here is how it sounded on 973 The Fan.

Reyes blast traveled 442 feet and left his bat at over 100 MPH.

The Padres secured the game by adding 4 runs in the bottom of the 8th inning keyed by a Christian Villanueva 2-RBI base hit.

The Padres continue their set with the Marlins Wedsnday at 7:10 pm as Clayton Richards opposes Jose Urena.

All Padres games can be heard on 973 The Fan.  Pregame begins at 6:10 pm
