Justin Upton had three hits, including a home run for the second straight night, and drove in three for the Angels as they beat the Padres Tuesday night, 7-3. Freddy Galvis hit his third home run in as many games with a solo shot in the fourth. It's the first time in his career that he's homered in three consecutive games.

Eric Young Jr. tripled and had two RBIs for the Angles.

Jaime Barria held the Padres to one run and six hits in five innings, striking out seven while walking one, for his third victory of the year.
